  8. The only thing I can see in his favor is that the Pit Bull was released in 2011, around the time he got his first #1 single (if o-review and Wikipedia are reliable sources). However, its 4 years later and those frames aren't even in production anymore as far as I know. On top of that the frame was part of a set of similarly named releases like the monster dog/pup/doggle. This reminds me a little of when Oakley had to rename the Jawbone. It was a name based on a design, not someone else's trademark. At least in that case the suing party had a legit argument.

    i didn´t open the link because i´m blocked here at work, BUT:

    (1) is he suing because of the "Pitbull" named glasses !?!?

    or

    (2) is he suing because of a sketchy deal with Oakley !?!?
