I also noticed that even in this thread when I uploaded the above pic my only option was to upload as an "attachment", where previously I had the option to upload as "attachment" or "image." I Googled this issue and results stated similar situations where administrators disabled image features for certain parts of the forum. Not sure if that applies here.

This is strange man. I noticed it this morning. I even cleared app cache and data and that didn't help so I reinstalled. Nothing still. Sounds like server side maybe?
