For running I would assume OO red would be better. The fire lens is more of a sports lens.

Fire lenses are more of a contrast lens which change the way things look. Like they make everything with a yellow tint. The +red lens keeps everything the same color and that's why I would recommend it for running. OO red has a contrast when you look through it so I have heard, but of course trying out lenses in person before buying is always the best way to find out what you like.
