Hums hums.....any thots about using a Dremel? ...or maybe not robust enough? I saw the polished coin on ebay as well, been debating to give it a go on a coin too. The person charging $50+ tho' is kinda steep. ...if it took you 30ish minutes and sold it for $50....could be making 100/hr?!? xD

Where to get a lot of coins for less money?
I think dremel will be better ,because more rpm. 15-20 min for one side of coin, for best result.
