Polished Juliet VR28?

I've seen quite a few pictures of this combination, but I don't see it listed on the O Review serialized list. Was it a combination that was offered after serials stopped or is it a custom combination?

juliet - polished - VR28 black 04-158, and polished - VR28 black polar 24-126 were both issued without serial numbers, these were official production releases.
