Well; after a drama filled attempt, they're mine. They showed up Friday afternoon and were packaged very nicely. The outer box was obviously new, the second box was perfect, so was the wooden box. The glasses still have the plastic wrap on the earstem. Had these showed up initially, I would have had nothing but extremely positive things to say about the person I bought them from. As far as I'm concerned, it's over at this point. I don't know that I'd recommend dealing with that member again but who knows. Here's a crappy picture I took of them a moment ago. Now all I need is some + red from dr.chop and they're good to go.

I thought about it. At this point, I doubt he'd attempt another sale here. Additionally, the other posts were enough of a public flogging. I'll pm a mod or the boss and see what they think. They were involved and played a part in the successful resolution.

Very very happy to hear that you were able to get them at all. I have a pair and I love them. This sounds like something I would do to get them. I would spend 1000.00 dollars on a plane ticket and show up at his house in order to get them.
