Question about medusa

I recently bought a medusa in box.the box is gray.with the medusa image.my question is why are 2 boxes of the medusa helmet.the other one is black with oakley in box.

Ok.so the medusa image was the first edition.they are more valuable or is the same price?

I wouldn't say more valuable. I personally think it looks better but to me it's just a box. But then again, I don't find much value in having a box like other collectors do.
