Yeah, as xman said, the factory tuned Juliets are super loose compared to his tightening jobs. He's done most of my collection and I've never been unhappy.

I've heard that they are looser from the factory. I don't have the $$$ to spend on a pair so my "IH Tribute" pair I made will just have to do, lol.
Have never heard anyone say that an X-Man tuned pair is loose. Lol. Usually people say they're too tight. The flex coupler has to be able to have at least a small amount of wiggle in it. X-Metals form to fit your face. It's a very modular design that can be customized to accommodate many different shapes and size noggins. This is what sets them apart from every other pair of glasses. Different size T-Shox and nosebombs can make a world of difference. You need only play with a few different combinations of sizes in these to see what I'm talking about.
Is it JB weld? Hint: it's easier to get out than you'd think.

The one is mashed up on the edge. I assume that happened when the previous owner was trying to figure out how to make them tight again.
I had to cut and scrape that crap out of the back side before trying to move the pin. It came out easy enough but went back in smooooooth like butta.Similar threads
