Question About Neon Yellow Frogs

i was checking some neon yellow frogs and saw 2 different numbers on the arm, first is 03-200 55 O 17 and the other is 03-200 55 O 19, is there any difference to this two?

The second might be School Bus Yellow but I'm not too sure.

Too true, and it is the 1st gen Frogskin that exudes the brightest aura of them all, the effect bolstered to an even higher degree when paired with the now defunct Orange Iridium lens.

03-200 is the part code, regardless of whether the pair is Neon Yellow or the School Bus Yellow variant. My own pair has the additional numbers 53 O 19, does anyone have any other numbers or an explanation as to these differences?
