Question About Neon Yellow Frogs

and i saw this on ebay with a higher price..

mine all say 55 O19

I checked my Neons and my School Bus Yellow version that they are both 55 O 17 - I think usually those numbers are the measurements, width and lenth - so maybe the 17 or 19 is a misprint? Or are they different sizes?

They are all the same.
