I sold a pair of juliets recently, buyer just got them and is complaining because I said the serial was j077877 and was apparently j077827.... I didn't misrepresent them, I misread it... 2 and 7 look similar. What would y'all do to remedy it?

What is the buyer expecting you to do?

i think it's not a big deal at all
but if the buyer really want that number for specific reason......maybe it's normal to be disappointed

Wants a partial refund...

He never mentioned the serial being a reason for the purchase.

I would say too bad. What difference does it make if they're as described condition wise?

He's just looking for a quick buck IMO

If he doesnt like them because of the serial number, have him send them back

Yeah, get them back and the he can get refunded. Sounds like he's trying to get over on you.
