Radar XL Blades - replacement lens?

I have a pair of Radar XL Blades which I used for work. The +Red lens broke and I'm looking to replace them however I cannot find them anywhere. I'm really looking for the fire iridium lens but from what I gather Oakley discontinued this model and stopped making the replacement lens as well.

Will any of the other radar lens fit my frame? Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like the vault has light positive red iridium right now for $64.
