Yup they look oem based on pics. A major telling point for crappy aftermarket lenses are they are relatively very thin and do not have varying thickness (ie. Thicker closer to the nose side vs thinner edges closer to the ears )
Quality aftermarket lenses have addressed those differences but tend to have different tints and different grinding marks on the edge of the lens
As for which gen of lens, it'd be impossible to tell. You can only differentiate first gen vs the rest as the iridium coating has a very unique hue
