How cool would it be if someone here were able to make "X Metal" scales for a straight razor?
If you ask me i would say.... pretty darn cool...

I never wear sunglasses when shaving with any of my straights. I use a DE on weekdays and a straight when I have a bit more time.

my straights are my only shavers. Have been pondering a DE for travelling though.

The blades are a bit hit and miss when going through security. A straight is a no no and giving up a pack of DE blades doesn't cost much compared to a decent straight...

I'm in Crete at the moment and only brought a DE even with checked luggage. Traveling badger brush instead of the Rooney as well
