So,i rebuilt the nose bridge with new rubber,installed new rivits and lubed the temple arms (very corroded and sticky).these things are tight now.this rubber wont deteriorate with sweat.the front of the rivits may seem a little different than the domed original but they are polished very low profile and have no tooling marks.they were unwearable before i started and now should give many more years of service.i think they look so much better when i can refinish in the beadblaster,but he didnt want to change the color so alot more work goes into not scratching any existing finish.
