Removing Arms From Fuel Cell?

How do I do this? I feel like they are going to snap when im pulling/twisting them. Couldnt find a youtube vid either

Twisting is however the only way, push out the lower part and the upper will follow.

If its the same as the gascan there is a video here on the forum that shows how. Just look for the thread how to remove gascan arms started by me. I belive it was azsmurf who helped out.
