Recently I have bought a Twenty XX Polished Aluminum frame without lenses.
The seller had crappy pictures and I knew it would be risky to buy them.
Whatever! They were cheap and I got a like new Torpedo Vault with them.
Legs and rubbers were ok, but the orbital not.
The FMJ coating started to go off.

Have a look a the pictures and I hope this will help you if ever have such a case.

Btw I'm happy with the result.

That looks pretty good, now just do the stems and you have a prefect candidate for a water transfer.

Those look great - I'm surprised it came off so clean!

Would be great to have the old carbon pattern, matching my Minute and Straight Jacket.
In my area are some water print shops and here is what I've found after a quick search:

And it was easy to do. I just used a sponge and teeth brush, tools everybody has at home.

I think they look pretty cool with the black orbital and the FMJ arms....
