Removing Temple Sock For The Scalpel

It got a temple sock for the scalpel and I was wondering if anyone tried removing it? It seems that it might be glued to the temple but I am not sure.

If I remember right there is a little hook on the front side of the rubber, so it has to be pulled forward before trying to pull it back and off the stem. It can be pretty tricky removing them for the first time.

Thanks Digi, yes it works. It was a little trick but had them replaced the grey ones with a black sock.
