For IH violet I would try:
Walleva purple & Denim Blue
Walleva blue & Cherry Red

I've been thinking trying this and this is my concern.

I'd guess it probably wouldn't though if you used a good dye and rubber base

I don't think it will rub on skin and hair... I tried it but not while sweating, that I'm not sure because after i dyed the rubbers actually i washed them with soap and water color doesn't come off...
