Romeo 1 Lower Gasket/seal

What does HQ's Service Dept. provide when they service the Romeo 1? Or don't they bother with the gaskets?

Do they still service the Romeo? My understanding was that was what caused the "unoffical" recall where when people called for service they offered another model in exchange...because they were running out of parts. I mean, I'm sure they have a stockpile of some gaskets but I'm almost certain they don't still have the tooling etc to produce more.

I called a few months ago and they said they have zero parts for the Romeo 1 at HQ and haven't for about a year and a half from what the guy told me, not sure if it's true just what I was told!
