Romeo2 LENS Replacing HELP

okay im sick of this thing.. how is it done?!

i removed the screws and lens, and theres a rubber donut thing that holds the lens, i cant get it back in with the lens. well i can, but not lined up with the screw hole. any ideas?

No need to remove the screw,the lens go out like half jackets
Remove the inside parts and finish by the side

You have to remove the screw. You will risk cracking the edge of the lens if you don't. Oakley DOES NOT sell Romeo 2 lenses outright, you must send it your frame. Spray the black o ring with lens cleaner, put the lens portion closest to the nose piece in first. start inserting the other side, as you get close put the oring in and slide the lense into the frame slowley. Use a tooth pick to pull the o ring into place while pushing the lens into the frame. Once you get the o ring centered insert the screww back in.

I have done this several times and NEVER had an issue....

your way is probably the safest way but a friend of mine did it for me the way i explain without any problem

haha the problem is that i did try his way.. but its not working for me. i will need to send for a tuneup anyway so maybe just let the warranty handle it
