I have a complete matching X metal Ruby Juliet. This is an X serial number Juliet. It has a 17XXX serial number. Frame is a 9.5/10. Nosebridge I would say is a 6/10. Rubbers are 9/10. Unfortunately the lenses are probably a 6/10. The inside of the box is deteriorating. as these tend to do. Asking 450 shipped CONUS. I'm no expert on values so Taking offers

I'm no expert but I have heard the lenses were slightly different in the first 5000. Someone else I'm sure knows more than I do.

If anything, the lenses in the first edition weren't necescarily as deep.It depemds on the batch and no, theres no documented evidence I'm affraid.
The reason fo their colleciblillty comes from them being X-Men franchise.
