If the pair here is the same as that seen at Vault stores, although a scarce frame, it still constitutes part of the OCP thus could have been paired with any Scalpel lens...the true monster is Scalpel - Black/Silver Ghost Text - OO Blue Polarized OO9095-12.

Thanks for the tip, a friend mentioned he saw a ghost text scalpel at a vault and I was wary that it was the real deal. Interesting that they offered it as a part of OCP.
