Shadow Camo Straight Jacket with I'm pretty sure Black Iridium Polarized lenses. Right lens has a scratch in it as shown in photo below. Eye level but off to the right. Left lens is much better, just one minimal scratch on lower center. Right side of frames have a few scuffs as shown, but not too bad. Overall, frames I'd rate an 8.5/10, right lens 7/10, left lens 9/10. Rubber is usable.

Added brand new OEM Black Iridium lenses to this Shadow Camo Straight Jacket. Lenses 10/10, frame 8.5/10 with a bit of a scuff and some pin marks on right side of frame (see pic below). Rubber usable.

I was able to find a pair of new OEM Black Iridium lenses for these. Would do the whole package for $90.
