Most old Oakley are made in US so they are tax exempt. The newer stuff just say made in US and it will go through.

Ask them NOT to put commercial, better just gift, and regular Royal mail works fine. It will probably come through NY ISE, and it usually takes 4 days to a week to leave customs, and USPS takes over. No import taxes, as long as it's not labeled commercial

Is this really true about no import taxes? I thought it was above a certain value and import taxes would be charged
