I emailed them, we'll see what they say. I don't want another damn bag, was looking forward to the cloth!

Good luck. I sent them an email on Monday and they auto responded saying they are responding to emails in 4-6 business days.
 
Called Customer Service today and they said they do not have separate cleaning cloths to send out but they would send me a microfiber bag of my choice...

I got an email response yesterday. Since I already called regarding the bags, I let it slide.

Haha. I got a similar response. I like how I was told to call customer service after I emailed them... what's the purpose of emailing customer service then?!
