1) Romeo exchange program (2002 to 2005)- send in any X-Metal Romeo in for an even exchange of any X-Metals that is the same value or lower. So the secret here was to buy a beat up pair of Romeo for a low as $50 from eBay then send them to warranty for a brand spanking new XX 24K or any Juliet. Published in O-review.com
2) Nationwide Nordstrom Rack $75 any X-Metals (2009) - a bunch of Juliet, mostly Polished w/ VR28 Blk, some X-Metals/blk. A few Romeo 2 ( can't remember the colorways). They were mostly in great to excellent condition and some came with a bonus carbon fiber case (from the nano wire). Published in Slickdeals.net or Fatwallet.com
3) Nationwide Circuit City $2.99 for any Oakley Thump accessories (cant remember the year)- this includes any ballistic cases big and small, car chargers and wall chargers. These were not on clearance, it was just some type of error or promotion in the system because the regular Oakley store were still selling them $30. Published in slickdeals.net
4) Direct orders through customer service. (2003-2005)- for a while, juliet lenses like Titanium Clear, 24K and Ichiro blue and slate lenses were available to order at a regular $50-$60. I believe this was the same for the blue and red tune up kits. The Ti clear Plasma/ Polished and Carbon/24k Juliets were never really released in the US but the replacement lenses were available. Called and found out.
5) Nationwide Sunglass Hut redesign (2005) when Luxottica Group took full control of the stores, they wanted all Oakley towers gone so the stores were either giving them away for free/selling for dirt cheap to whoever can pick them up on time before the store overhaul. Walked-in and found out.
6) ( not really a big secret)Nationwide Shoe Pavilion - Oakley Flesh Shoes (2005) -
A wide variety of Flesh, Flesh net, Flesh sandals and Flesh Bottlecap were available for a variety of sizes and colors for $30 or less. Advertised somewhere.
Well, these were the ones that I knew of. It was truly a blast from the past to have taken advantage of them. Please share if you had some.
