can any one tell me if there is any difference between regular and asia fit in the split jacket frames. Sounds like might just be the nose piece.
will the spare lenses I have for split jacket regular fit work with new asia fit frames.

The only difference is the nose pieces ... Everything is interchangeable ...

When you swap nose pieces your Asian fit Splits (you did get the black with jade right?) they become normal ones
