I've tried all the options from other threads. In the process I've stripped the screw beyond recognition, the titanium is starting to crack and a stress fracture has formed. The screw may actually be holding it together.

On the verge of breaking the frame in an attempt to extract the screw. Any ideas?

Any chance of not ruining the threads by doing that?

The Grabit bits I have are too big. Perhaps I can try one of these micro grabits.

I've drilled from the bottom, appears that I've gone through the thread but the head hasn't released. Ate 2 bits in the process, you need a very narrow bit to get in there, both snapped.

The smallest couple work; I've used them on Juliet orbital screws.

Yeah, tried the rubber band, duct tape, crazy glue. All failed.
