Team USA Radar Path - Owners Please Comment

Picked these up NEW from an ebay seller with 8500+ feedback

New AUTHENTIC Oakley Radar Path Team USA Glasses 24-302, Free USA Shipping | eBay

To my dismay, they definitely aren't "NEW" and I'm now questioning the authenticity.

As you can see from the pictures, various smudges and a scratch on the left inside lens that is probably 1/4 of the lens long.

Also, I noticed a lot of "creaking" from the Team USA's, especially when compared to my other pair of Radars.

Is it just a bad Oakley build? Do other Team USA Owners have this issue?

Unfortunately I'm in Canada, so couldn't get in on the Macy's/Sunglass Hut deals, so I figured this was a good compromise.

Now I'm regretting my purchase Although I do LOVE the shades.

They dont look new to me I would send them back!

Email the seller and list your complaints. If they dont come to an agreement you are happy with in a couple business days file a complaint through ebay
