I think the work and dedication deserve recognition, Ryan here has taken a superb frame to customizing it beyond the point of just changing rubbers and lenses, change paint of traditional methods. I think Ryan is doing what Jim himself were back in the day, really using science and engineering to play with metallurgic elements, the bare conception of x metals. Great job Ryan!
 
Are you considering adding chrome or nickel to your list of plating materials? Though the copper and gold may not go together, either would go with chrome or nickel.

Also, I think I asked this before somewhere, are you considering the option of a brushed finish? Not really suitable for chrome or gold but a brushed copper / brushed nickel two-tone pair would be quite attractive, IMO.
 
Already have done nickel,
Have to lay it down before gold...

Really incredible work! I feel very fortunate I get to do some metal work with Ryan tomorrow. Hope to get some killer knowledge!
