the rise in price was due to the rarity of it now, since the seller ran out of stocks. He had a **** load of them on eBay a few months back, going for are $180 new w/o box, $220 BNIB.

yup... i believe so. Seller was eyeframesmen. He had close to a thousand positive feedback just for Mars.
