To all of you Carbon Ichiro Owners

Yeh but the sale value is in green which means shes someone elses property now. Amazing they went for that much!

IF someone was to buy that they are nucking futs!
Yes, Dickie Roberts bought them.
Please somebody tell me why a clone doesn't do the same thing?
Carbon frames with blue etched lenses and blue rubbers. And???

That's like asking why pay millions for original Picasso artwork when you could have a limited print for a couple hundred? They both do the same thing, really. It's a collector thing. The thing I've learned in my years is there's really no explaining hobbies and the money spent on them. Applying logic to emotionally and nostalgically charged hobbies will fry your brain trying to make sense of everything. Sometimes there's no logic and no sense other than "I really want that!"

they may have 'sold' but whether the buyer comes good with the payment is another thing....

At $1k I'd be all over them.

I still would at $1500.

At $2k I'd think hard but possibly still go for it.

I'd baulk at $3k. But it seems they didn't sell for that anyway.

It sold on a best offer so only the seller and buyer will know exactly for how much. There are ways to find the ballpark number but nothing exact.
