After a quick text from @Dyeraudio, I contacted the CL poster of this tiny gem late last night. The early morning reply had me salivating till I picked it up. Not bad at all. Needs a new lock and maybe even a front Lexan door. The seller was fast to get back to me and I met him at his residence.
