I will list them as either NIB (flawless), or New (flawless, no box bag or papers), great condition (may have some minor scratches on the lens and frame) or heavily used (numerous scratches and rubs on the lens and/or frames). Thump Pro Polished Black w/ Fire lens 256MB. It has songs on it, I've used it a good bit, but they are still in great shape and work perfectly. Does have scratches on lens and frame. I'd say Heavily Used though.

Soviet Gascan Great condition. 2-3 scratches on left lens. And 2 small rubs/scratches on the left top orbital. Still a very nice and awesome piece.
