The Gascan would be regarded as a model more often worn by men, and the frame you refer to is likely to be Brown Tortoise/Bronze P or Olive Tortoise/Grey P, and in either case the pairings would be easily suited to a male wearer with the assumption the user suits that style.

I agree with RVF. They are not for women. Even Mrs H will not consider that frame.

thanks guy. I did end up buying, so yet another pair of oakleys to the stable.

I bought the straight jacket brown with polarized bronze lenses a couple weeks ago. for rainy driving in Seattle the lenses are awesome, brighten everything up. that's why (my excuse) for this pair.

Finally got these glasses today.

they look great, frames much darker and less obvious for the pattern then in the photos.
