    Yes I believe they do light up never wore it so don't know for sure but I'm pretty sure they do

    The hands do glow after a little bit of light is shined on them.

    Well if U were it most of the day or in light it will charge the hands to glow like all watches do

    You'll get several hours of light from the hands after they are charged with sunlight or a flashlight. I do find that Oakley's luminous coating isn't as strong as what Seiko or some of the other watch-makers use. I'm not sure if its the amount of material that's put on the hands or what, but my Seikos will be bright all night once charged and my Oakleys lose light after a few hours. At least they still glow though. :)
