Vintage blades vs razor blades

So I'm thinking about buying vintage blades or razor blades. I like them both and can only see a difference in the size of the lenses. I had a pair of razor blades forever ago and can't remember if the frames and earpieces are the same as the blades, and can they be interchanged with both styles of lenses. Any info. would be great on this one. Sorry if this is a rookie question.

Yes, that's the difference. The Blade is taller, both above and below the nose, the Razor Blade a bit smaller, and the Slit the smallest. All are interchangeable.
