Watch Collection

Nice collection, practically an illustrated o-review database... ;)

BTW it was unclear in an earlier post but it sounded like you implied the TB is an automatic movement; it isn't, it's Seiko Kinetic which is a type of quartz movement.

Thanks for bringing that up. I've got lots to learn about movements. So I have always thought a kinetic movement is the same as an automatic movement where an internal generator powers up the capacitor instead of a battery...

If you're interested, here's a post about the TB movement, focusing on the capacitor / rechargeable battery and related. Early in the post is a link to another post with descriptions and histories of the different general movement types:

And here's a direct link to that other post about movements:

Don't usually post but completed a collection that I am excited about.

Didn't really like the Killswitch to begin with but when I realized I had an opportunity to get the Heritage bezel and the ever elusive Diamond bezel I bought in.

Duuude!!! Congrats! You got the last of the Heritage bezel! How did you come across the diamond?
Thanks I was excited to find a cool number since I didn't really think I could get "my number." And the Diamond? Well I'll just say through a good amount of research and using some connections. :)
