I pull the icons off with my finger nail. Doesn't always work, but I've done it a few times.

And yes, Gen3 folding M Frames have removable icons.

What's the durability like on the water transfer?

Should be as durable as any other finish as long as you take decent care of them. Oakley does water transfer on a few frames and they seem fine durability wise.

Curious of the possibility of sending in some jaws from a jawbone. Do you think those would work?
