What Are You Lifting?

To you fellas saying that bench hurts your shoulders, stay away from the long bar and do dumbbells. You get a better range of motion and stronger stabilizers. I will probably only do barbell like once a month if that.

5'7"
164 lbs
max bench = 270 lbs
deadlift = 310 *weak*
5K = 22:30
can currently do "1" muscle up!

Damn, you guys are huge... Nice bulking up job. I have been trying to bulk up but seem to have hit a wall. There are times when i just get tired of eating. And the food choices in my country are not all that great either...right now, just focusing on getting my strength back after losing quite a bit in size and weight after getting dengue last september...
 
I have a degree in athletic training and also am a certified strength conditioning specialists. If people have questions about twinges and injuries feel free to ask

Now THAT is what i am talking about. Powerlifters are awesome! In my gym, you sometimes see a scrawny kid in my gym, thinking he's a newb. Then he sets up and deads 125 kg at only 55kg body weight! Now that is power!
