What Happends When Oakley Stops A Current Model?

I am sure this might have been asked before, but what happens when Oakley discontinues a model? Do you think they keep a small batch for themselves in a real vault? or do they really just not have any at all?

All the NRE, or Non-Reoccurring Effort, is definitely saved, like the tooling, programming, work instructions, etc. I'm sure they save a few somewhere, and everything else gets sold off at Vaults and online.
