What Is This? Failure Y Glass Of 2 Months

I bought my new pair of Oakley. After 2 months appears this in both glasses:

Any idea? I will use the guarantee but I would like to know. Nothing special done to the glass.

Not sure what would cause this. It looks like it could be where your eyebrow touches on the inside maybe?
