What's On Your Plate???

I didn't do that one because I've had something similar in the past. How'd you like it?
It was pretty good. Very simple compared to the other 2 I got. Could have had another piece of chicken with all the extra flour & bread crumbs.
Wife & kid both really liked it again.

Plated, coconut-poached fish over bok choy fried rice. The braising liquid is reduced to a sauce which covers everything so it doesn't look like much but it was tasty.

I did vary from the procedure slightly by using a wok instead of a skillet for the fried rice...

Plated called this one "beef moussaka-stuffed delicata squash with Greek yogurt sauce" but calling it moussaka is a bit of a creative stretch, it was really just stuffed squash. An interesting thing about this type of squash is you can eat the roasted skin. I've never done that before but it worked.
