I was floored when a friend of mine told me that she paid $40 for her husband's Romeo at a yard sale a few years back.

Then I go on here and read about your craigslist deals and it got me thinking about the the best deal I've ever gotten. Actually I'm still waiting on my big break... it probably will not as good as the ones some of you have gotten, but I'd love to hear them!

I also got a pair of Romeo 1s for cheap I'd say $65 is not too bad but I'm not sure it beats my $200 Medusa!!!

And to think I turned them down for $50...that's what happens when you preference over collector intelligence. Honestly, you guys are making me jealous haha

Romeo for $65? That's like finding $300 on a sidewalk! lol

    +1

If that were to happen, wouldn't that complete the x-metal collection for you?

I paid $90 for some Romeos years ago. They were never very popular while they were made and had a bad reputation because of the lens cracking issue.
