make them an offer and try to reason with them. I always tell people it's a select market on the case and if you find someone they usually want you to ship which is a hassle and expensive.

I got my double wide on Craigslist. It was a motorcycle shop. Here in MI, these shops don't do well, seems like all motocross gear that stay open are in California. I got mine cheap. Two weeks later the same double wide sold for $900 on Ebay. It was in NYC. I thought of flipping mine, but it is really damn cool and I only see the price going up in the years to come with so many collectors searching, buying and NOT reselling.
