Where to get replacement lenses for Monster Dogs

Hey all. I'm new here. I just bought my first pair of Oakleys(they're Canteens).
I have a pair of Monster Dogs that a friend gave me. However the lenses are shot.
Can someone direct me to a good place to replace the lenses?

My sister recently ordered Ruby & Emerald from Oakley (U.S.) she did say it wasn't easy (half hour phone call) getting the Emerald and they where down couple of sets .
