Why Cant I Reply?

There are posts that I want to show interest in, all are posted by anonymous. But it wont let me reply to any of them.... Help a new guy out

I am using a computer but it wont let me reply to something like this for example

I'm in the same boat...every post in the exchange shows the user as anonymous. Any suggestions?

It's because in order to access the exchange areas you must have at least 15 posts and be a member for 14 days. This was implemented at the request of members to ensure that only active and established members are buying/selling and trading on the forum. Sometimes 15 replies is hard to achieve when you can't reply to anything you are interested in. Is there anyway to speed that requirement up in certain forums since most I can't reply to?
