Why No Red Iridium?

There is one glass with a consistent dark red colour across the lens and that is the Frogskins - Crystal Red - Red Iridium 03-110 Supreme. This is the only item that I can identify that is labelled 'Red Iridium', seemingly a unique example of a true red colour, albeit dark in tone.

I didn't know that.
Always thought that he (Cyclops) worn stock Juliets with ruby iridium lenses.

The red lens in X Men was a completely different color and lens, and it had a coating on the inside and outside from what we were told and shown at HQ during the Co-Pilot event. We were also told the actor hated wearing them because the headache they gave him, which I am sure having a coating inside similar to ti clear ans ruby clear, would create insane ghosting and would make for one hell of a headache...

Thanks for all the insights guys. It really is a shame there is no red iridium. I've just picked up some Metallic Red Flaks and a nice red iridium would really go well with them
