Looks like a printed acrylic piece. I am pretty sure they had it hanging on a wall. Holes at the top and bottom were used with stand-offs that would make it hang away from the wall.

Would be cool to do the same thing and put a LED strip behind it to light it up. The frost look would blend the light very nicely.

I have done this same thing! Bid on something oakley because it's kind of wild and a good deal, but don't really expect to win. Then you log into eBay a few days later and low and behold you won! Now wtf do you do? Yup... Been here several times. Lol
